Qualifications & experience

• Able to communicate in English, any other language would be beneficial.
• Having House-keeping and kitchen skill. Housekeeping 3 years, Waiter 3 years. With a good knowlegde in F&B service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word,Excel) and reservation system as well.
• Previous experience being butler at villa can drive a car would be an asset.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Integrity, honest, and trustworthiness.
• Able to work as team as well as individual. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Administrative experience

Tasks & responsibilities

• Butler responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements and keeping guest rooms and suites up to the Villa and guest standards. You will help us provide the best possible experience for our guests during their stay.
• Apply all processes and standards for check-in and check-out. Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms.
• Assist in housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned & Villa is maintained to highest standards.
• Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene.
• To clean& ensure all the villa features have functioned properly.
• Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
• Work Manager on Administrative and Maintenance scheduel
