Job Vacancy: Senior Ticketing Staff (International Section)

PT. Banding Travel Sarana, a leading travel service provider, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Ticketing Staff (International Section).

Job Description:

• Handle international flight bookings for both corporate and individual clients.

• Manage ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.

• Provide expert consultation and travel advice to clients regarding flight routes, pricing, and available promotions.

• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure all travel needs of clients are met efficiently.

• Process and manage travel documentation, including visas and insurance.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff within the ticketing division.

• Address and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a ticketing role, particularly in the international section.

• Proficient in using, Sabre, and Galileo.

• Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide timely and effective solutions.
