Job Description:

1. Research potential vendors, especially for fabric, material for clothing and accessories.
   Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
2.  Track orders and ensure timely delivery.3
3. Review quality of purchased products 
4. Input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
5. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
6. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
