• Responsible for training & implementation of Forestry Technology Projects
• Responsible to lead Project implementation and trainings in field
• Guaranteeing  Scope, Quality, time and Costs inside of base lines
• Guaranteeing quality of people formation, performing follow of learning curve of students
• Propose process improvement based in existent working instructions, monitoring and controlling results of operational performance of operators, truck drivers and people involved in field activities

Qualifications:

• Have a min 3 years experience with Forestry Digital Technologies or Silviculture technologies
• Understand about Weed Management, Spraying Technologies
• Have a good knowledge about Silviculture Soil Preparation and Fertilizer
• Experience in digitalization, Data Management (Excel or Power BI), Big Data Science
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Understand about Project Management Knowledge, Agile (Scrum) or PMBOK 
• Willing to be placed in Riau
