Partnered with SPASA (Spa & Pool Association of Australia), our product launched in June 2021, with an ambitious goal of achieving a global presence within three years. 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack MEVN Developer to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to be a critical contributor to a growing product, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and future-ready.

Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack MEVN Developer, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, efficient code that drives our product forward.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain a robust, scalable platform.
• Take ownership of key technical decisions and contribute to product strategy.
• Ensure the product is ready for scale, supporting PSQ’s global expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical assessments of design and architecture.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Implement design improvements and new features in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience, ideally in a lean or agile environment.
• Expertise in the MEVN stack:
  • MongoDB
  • Vue.js
  • Node.js
• Extensive experience with both relational and document-based databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Strong understanding of server development and management.
• Proven ability to propose and implement technical solution designs.
• Experience with developing mapping, spatial data & design solutions and related tools eg Mapbox, Canvas
• Proficient in Git and debugging tools, with a commitment to maintaining thorough documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
