About the Role:

As a seasoned leader, coach, and mentor, you will drive continuous improvement and adaptive value delivery processes. Your role involves guiding teams to successful delivery in a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing environment. You empower teams to handle conflicts independently and foster camaraderie within the group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the team in adopting adaptive principles for value creation and delivery.
• Mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative team environment where contributions are valued.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and owners to manage the product backlog effectively.
• Ensure team alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support development.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and communicate progress.
• Manage the sprint backlog to ensure timely delivery of work items.
• Provide regular updates on project status and ensure transparency in team progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a track record of successful coaching and facilitating practices within software development teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in coaching globally distributed teams, with Scrum Master or Agile Coaching certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, ICP) or equivalent.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, software development, and project management, and familiarity with processes and key players in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with software development and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps, and familiarity with CI/CD principles.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and strong empathy, adept at understanding team dynamics and stakeholder interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences with advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional team environments and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and Lean principles, with extensive experience in software development and delivery frameworks.
