More than 3 years relevant experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, preferably with multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company
Proven track record of managing team in achieving Sales KPI and developing assigned territory
Experienced in managing and developing team members through various development intervention
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
This position will be based in our office located in Bandung
Responsibilities:
Monitor & control daily sales team activities through targetted product distribution, sales operational excellence and implementation of trade & consumer programs. This includes identifying sales opportunity within assigned territory
Supervise & control financial aspects related to all outlets and ensure administrative matters are conducted accordingly with business process & company procedures
Build and maintain the relationship with relevant stakeholder to create productive professional relationship with outlets in assigned territory
