Job Description :

• Center of information in Sales Office, handle customer & sales queries and complaint
• Log and forward queries & complaint that need further solution to HO and monitor the settlement
• Receive document from customer/sales, check the completeness and distribute it to HO
• Receive documents/Information from Head Office and distribute it to agent/customer
• Responsible for petty cash usage, fixed assets and reporting
• Supervise OB and Security and responsible for office cleanliness and tidiness

Requirements :

• Minimum education S1/Bachelor degree, any major
• Have 1 year experience as customer service, preferably on insurance/ financial industry
• Familiar with Ms. Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Placement in Surabaya
