RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design and implement effective B2B / B2C sales and marketing strategies.

• Establish relationships with customers, explore potential customer needs, in order to achieve revenue and sales targets.

• Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets.

• Build long-term relationships with B2B / B2C clients and strategic partners.

• Analyse competitor activities and formulate strategies to respond.

• Develop annual and monthly event and marketing promotion plans.

• Coordinate with operational team to ensure smooth delivery and meet client needs.

• Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to customers after coordinating with the solutions and pricing team.

• Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights to improve company competitiveness.

• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.

• Carry out sales, report sales results, and provide solutions and address customer needs.

QUALIFICATION:

• Preferably female

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Business Management

• Maximum 40 year

• Passionate in beauty industry and update of beauty trend

• Experience min. 5 years in Sales & Marketing Manager, especially in Beauty Industry, B2B, B2C, MT, GT, and E-Commerce

• Have a wide professional network in Beauty Industry, Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-Commerce

• Excellent in English and Chinese (preferable)

• Able to working with targets and under pressure

• Able to operate Ms.Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Powerpoint)

• Have proven leadership and team management skill

• Have excellent analytical and negotiation skill

• Have excellent communication and presentation skill

• Have good project management and budgeting skill

• Have an A/C active driver license and own a vehicle
