The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer
- Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities
- Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions
- Do research of regional market insights
- Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customer
- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity report
- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior
- Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business
Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, product: Food Flavors
- Must have experience in approach new customers
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business
- Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
- Fluent in English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Successful sales track records
- Onsite job – prefer candidate living in Jakarta or near this area
