The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer
  • Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities
  • Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions
  • Do research of regional market insights
  • Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customer
  • Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity report
  • Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior
  • Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, product: Food Flavors
  • Must have experience in approach new customers
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business
  • Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
  • Fluent in English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Successful sales track records
  • Onsite job – prefer candidate living in Jakarta or near this area
