Your role in our team
We are looking for Sales Manager to support the growth plan in Indonesia. We served the life science industries primarily focusing on Pharma, Biotech, Cell and Gene, CDMO, Vaccine, etc, providing our Best-in-Class Manufacturing Execution System to help our clients in the Pharma 4.0 and Digitalization space.
You will be working in the Sales & Marketing team with responsibility in Indonesia and be the key pillar to generate new growth in the assigned territories. We envisioned that you will be someone who enjoys learning with a positive mindset and are keen to make your footprint into the Life Science markets, as well as a good team player to support the success of the Sales & Marketing team in Asia.
Role Requirements:
Sales and Business Development
- Deliver and exceed assigned Order Income target for key accounts and territories assigned
- Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and prospects
- Liaise with internal stakeowners to address technical and commercial clarifications from customers
- Support Sales Excellence team to prepare customers’ demo and/or workshop
- Prepare proposal and bid documents with supports from Sales Excellence Team
- Use of consultative sales approach to lead and develop long-term relationships with targeted accounts and prospects
- Drive pre and post-sales discussion and activities with customers
- Supports internal and external marketing events
- Understand and appreciate the sell-cycle of Software Products
- Ensure qualified opportunity pipeline are healthy to achieve target Order Income
- When required, extend supports to regional sales & marketing team members on specific task
Technical
- Experience in Solution selling in the technology markets within the Information and/or Operational Technology
- Familiar with process and manufacturing markets with preference in life science industries (other industries are welcomed)
- Exposed to ISA 95 landscape in process automation especially in Level 2 & 3
- Good understanding of GAMP 5 for computerized system, project life cycle and Computer System Validation
- Familiar with CRO tools such as Sales Force
- Plus : experience in Manufacturing Execution System (project or sales)
- Understand and appreciate Pharma 4.0 utilizing Digitalization methodology
Your profile:
- A degree / technical diploma in Computer Science / Biotech / Pharmaceutical or relevant field in Pharma IT environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the life sciences industry as an user or vendor
- Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups with good presentation skills
- Familiar with Sales force
- Strong team player (within Sales & Marketing team and Operational teams), dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hand-on approach
- Well connected within the life science markets not limiting to Indonesia.
- Possess patience, good attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel (estimated 10-20%, domestic and international)
