Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targets as per Annual Business Plan.
  • Sales & Marketing of Industrial capital goods (experience in sales of Boilers, Heaters preferred).
  • Demonstrated capability of closing project orders.
  • Understand customer needs, generate enquiries and develop a competitive proposal.
  • Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors.
  • Analyze and report market trends - Develop OEMs, consultants and EPCs.
  • Market mapping and tracking competition
  • OEM & Key Account Management.
  • Application and domain Knowledge of process industry in Indonesia

Critical Competencies for the Job:

  • Understand engineering drawings
  • Networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Process and result oriented.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial landscape of Indonesia across industries.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication English and Bahasa. Knowledge of any other language an added advantage.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in Teams.
