Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets as per Annual Business Plan.
- Sales & Marketing of Industrial capital goods (experience in sales of Boilers, Heaters preferred).
- Demonstrated capability of closing project orders.
- Understand customer needs, generate enquiries and develop a competitive proposal.
- Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors.
- Analyze and report market trends - Develop OEMs, consultants and EPCs.
- Market mapping and tracking competition
- OEM & Key Account Management.
- Application and domain Knowledge of process industry in Indonesia
Critical Competencies for the Job:
- Understand engineering drawings
- Networking and interpersonal skills.
- Process and result oriented.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial landscape of Indonesia across industries.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication English and Bahasa. Knowledge of any other language an added advantage.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work in Teams.
