VACANCY LOCATION:

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • To hands-on and manage field activities meeting client’s expectations. 
  • To meet and propose to clients on products and applications. 
  • To trouble-shoot precast/concrete issue at batching plants and jobsites; providing technical advice and solution.
  • To build close relationship with clients and all level of personnel, especially those in the role of Technical/QC/Optimization Manager.
  • To anticipate the changes of materials, market trend/needs and project specification for precast/concrete industry.
  • To benchmark and understand competition.       
  • To provide product and precast briefing to commercial team and clients.
  • To ensure all existing and new products performance meeting clients’ and project needs.
  • To work with internal and Technical/R&D team for new product meeting clients and project requirements. 
  • To identify and follow up precast opportunities; offering solution and securing the business. 
  • To summarize update-to-date activities and opportunities; review with superior weekly. 
  • To perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in cement industries with knowledge in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Able to work independently, self-driven and a positive attitude.
  • Comprehension in writing and communication in English .
