About the role

Taman Safari Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in West Java, Cisarua - Bogor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness for the company's world-class wildlife conservation park and tourism attractions.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote Taman Safari Indonesia's offerings to potential customers
• Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and promotional activities
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders
• Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably within the tourism or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Familiarity with the West Java tourism market and a deep understanding of customer preferences
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
