Requirements:

1. S1 graduates in any field
2. Have experience in Dental
3. Have at least 8 years of experience working and leading a team in a managerial field
4. Have a High Orientation in providing the best service to customers, including being able to design, train and implement service standards
5. Honest, through, and able to communicate/work together in a team\
6. Have good communication skills with external parties, be independent and be able to make cooperation proposals
7. Have a good leadership spirit

Job Description:

1. Design, implement, and evaluate strategies 
   Marketing to Increase Customers
2. Conduct competitor analysis to improve competitiveness
3. Establish good relationships with external partners
4. Perform as the market leader for all dental product
5. Use insight into customer needs, local competitive landscape and independent judgement to lead and grow the Dental Division
6. Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies for the targeted markets and meet or exceed business goals
7. Through good coaching skills, aggressively and proactively promote new dental products and features and provide ongoing coaching to all sales team
