  • Follow up inquiry, Prepare quotation, delivery order and invoice
  • To liaise with clients and sales issues
  • Coordinate with sales personnel and related Department
  • Responsible for daily sales activities, generate reports & keep records of business transaction
  • To monitor, ensure sales order and deliveries are met accordingly to customer
  • To monitor and assist on payment collection related matters


 Job Requirement :


  • Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA >3.00
  •  Age below 30
  • Computer literate, knowledge of IFS Systems and Experience in relevant field will be an advantage
  • Able to speak and write in English, Proficient in Japanese would be advantage
  • A Team player and strong personality
  • Able to work under pressure with multitasking skills
