Key Responsibilities:

• Work together with Sales, Finance, Operations & other teams.
• Organizing legal document of the group company.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts.
• Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement activities.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and stay informed about relevant legal regulations, ensuring comprehensive compliance in all aspects of procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role. 
• Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• Experience in tender.
• Familiar with CRM. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in comprehending and staying abreast of pertinent legal regulations, ensuring thorough adherence to all applicable requirements in the context of procurement.
