- Our client is a Japanese Construction Materials company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Admin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing sales documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Make sample requests and sample board requests.
- Assist in requesting user approvals.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold min. Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Min. high conversational English proficiency.
- Min. 1 year of experience in Sales Administration preferably has previous experience in the same industry.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office and manage social media networks.
- Communicative and skilled in administration.
