Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting / Engineering / Information System / related
• Minimal 3 years experiences in same function
• Familiar with ERM Framework
• Have a Risk Management Certification
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks related to the production and distribution of palm oil and rubber
• Analyze risk factors and determine the potential impact on the company's operations and profitability
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare risk dashboard and reporting
