Responsible for refinery business planning, budgeting, and forecasting; controlling production costs and operational expenses; preparing management reports; monitoring KPIs and compliance; following up on audit results; and overseeing procurement, capex, and opex budgets.

• Conduct refinery business planning & forecasting
• Prepare refinery budgeting & follow up
• Calculate and control production cost and opex
• Prepare unit management reporting
• Monitor operational KPIs
• Monitor compliance at refinery level & follow up audit results
• Perform operational (e.g. inventories) and procurement control in refineries
• Budget and monitor capex & opex.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Accounting
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the field of Financial analyst/Budgeting.
• Preferably most of the experience is in operational controller/ budget controller and accounting & reporting
• willing to be located in Lampung
