Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring that operational quality control activities from the process of receiving goods to finished products run in accordance with the required methods.

Job Description:

1. Supervise the filling and packing process, and provide pre-release finish good status (supported)
2. Carry out control and calibration of all laboratory equipment used and be responsible for the calibration results
3. Provide Accept, Hold, Rework, and Reject status for production results that do not comply with the specified specifications
4. Work with the production department to analyze production results that do not meet specifications
5. Issuing an NCR if the mixing results or products do not meet the specified specifications and carrying out problem solving on the root cause of the problem
6. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all quality control activities to the QC Supervisor
7. Create weekly schedules for employees and input them into the system
8. Responsible for the work results of each subordinates
9. Implementing 5R and K3 programs. Ensure documents

Requirements:

1. Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry/Chemical Analyst/Chemical Engineering, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
2. Experienced in working as a Lab Analyst or Quality Control in FMCG industry
3. Familiar with CPKB and PKRT
4. Able to operate Ms. Office, Email, Cloud based files, and SAP
5. Able to operate Lab Instruments
6. Communicative, Creative, Honest, Discipline, and Responsible
7. Willing to follow recruitment process and be place in Cakung, East Jakarta
8. Working Hour/Day: 6 Days, Nonshifts

• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4PM
• Saturday: 8AM - 1PM
