Job Summary

• Evaluate or review batch records and approve or reject finished products for sale taking into account all relevant factors
• Ensure that each batch of finished products has been produced and inspected in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and in accordance with marketing authorization approval
• Handle product complaints and manage the complaint resolution process
• Manage product recalls and returns to mitigate quality risks
• Conduct regular product quality reviews (PQR) to assess and improve product quality
• Manage documents and the life cycle of disposed batch record documents (including retention, archiving and destruction).
• Initiate and evaluate product mock recall on a regular basis.
• Perform other tasks given by direct superior or management

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Have 1 year of experience in the same field in Pharmaceutical Industry, Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Excellent skills in prioritizing, organization, time management
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Able to work independently (self-motivated) and within a complex team environment
• Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta
