Job Description:

• Responsible for establish and direction the implementation of quality system and  in company activities.
• Responsible for quality of study and testing in the company activities
• Performing the quality improvement program and quality assurance (QA) program
• Responsible for archiving the QA records, updating the procedure, QA internal, and external audit.
• Monitoring the corrective and preventive action for any non-conformity audit
• Involve in development new system/application related to data integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with at least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willing to learn and understanding principles of GMP, GLP, GCP, GDP, GXP, and data integrity
• Understand or preferably have experiences in Quality Management System
• English proficiency is preferably
