Competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical engineering 
2. Expertise in sampling, testing, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
3. Understanding of chemical manufacturing and formulation processes.
4. Able to interpret and validate test results accurately.
5. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3  management systems.
6. Having experience in managing a team, and being a team player
7. Able to speak English actively orally and in writing

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the raw materials purchased comply with the desired specifications.
2. Ensure that our products meet customer requirements.
3. Strive to continuously improve product quality, processes, and services through raw material substitution, improving product performance, simplifying processes, and handling systems, and increasing product competitiveness.
4. Provide immediate response and develop customer requests for specific products promptly.
5. Carry out experiments or trials recommended by R & D Global.
6. Ensure all working conditions meet safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
7. Ensure all proprietary information and intellectual properties are safeguarded according to company regulations
