JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform planning related to raw material, inprocess and final inspection activities.
2. Prepare a schedule plan for calibration of measuring instruments.
3. Identify required measuring instruments that needed in the manufacturing process and inspection materials.
4. Perform mechanical testing such as Tensile Test, Hardness Test and Chemical Analysis.
5. Verify inspection of raw materials, inprocess and final inspection reports.
6. Perform data collection, analysis and recommendations on manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve product quality.
7. Monitoring and evaluation of measuring instruments used in the manufacturing process and material inspection.
8. Monitoring and evaluation of raw material, inprocess and final inspection activities.

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1. Having knowledge of standard material or process specifications such as ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN, etc.
2. Having knowledge the principles of Total Quality Management and understand the use of QC 7 Tools.
3. Having Knowledge of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and API Spec Q1 standards.
4. Ability to make decisions based on data and analysis.
5. Have a good skill with measuring instruments and know how to control it.
6. Understanding technical drawings.
7. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience as QC Leader.
• Preferably with work experience min. 3 years in bolting manufacturing or the automotive industry, and indicated understanding of industry standards, production processes, and quality control procedures.
• Able to operate Chemical & Mechanical Properties testing tools.
• Having NDE Certificate is preferred.
• Proficiency in English active.
• Work location: Factory Plant - Cikarang.
• Maximum age of around 30 years.
• Immediate availability or soon-to-join.
