Bachelor’s Degree in a food – related discipline, such as Food Science/Nutritional backgrounds, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Industry Management.
Junior Manager: Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field and Supervisor or Managerial Level. Supervisor: Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field and Supervisor or Managerial Level. Admin Officer: Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field.
Have a good knowledge and experienced of Food Hygiene & Food Safety Standard, HACCP, and Halal
Good analytical thinking, good team player with interpersonal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Junior Manager:
To responsible to lead QA Ops Supervisor (regioal/national)
To create and improve new procedures, standards, and specifications aimed at meeting a company’s food quality goals in restaurant or operational scopes
To responsibles to document food safety management & halal assurance system.
To develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
Prepare reports on food safety & quality status to relay to CI & Food Safety Group Head and may keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
To evaluates the food safety complaints and ensuring appropriate the corrective & preventive actions.
Implements training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up- to-date with food quality & safety systems and requirements (HACCP, Halal)
Supervisor:
To supervise and lead QA Resto (west/east area)
To control and document the food safety management & halal assurance system in store
To inspects food products to ensure they area safe and of a high quality in store
To verify and evaluate for the food safety complaints and ensuring appropriate the corrective & preventive actions in store
Implements training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up- to-date with food quality & safety systems and requirements (HACCP, Halal, etc)
Admin Officer:
Collect, record, and manage data from operational inspections
Ensure all QA Ops-related documents (standard operating procedures, inspection records, certifications) are well-organized and easily accessible
Report non-conformance of customer complaints and findings to the QA Ops & Food Safety System Jr. Manager or related team
Maintain QA Ops documentation systems both digitally and manually
Provide the operational team with relevant information and technical guidance on QA Ops
