Educational Requirements;

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Pharmacy or related field

Industrial Experience;

• Candidates should having 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality systems within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Experience as a quality assurance monitor is particularly valuable
• Previous roles in supervisory or management positions are are advantageous, as the role involves overseeing teams and processes

Essential Skills;

• Technical knowledge, in-depth understanding of GMP, Regulatory requirements (e.g. PQ WHO) and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with ethical principles
• Analytical skills such as analyze data, identify quality issues and recommend improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication for reporting findings and training staff
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, foster a culture of quality within the organization
• Proven track record of managing quality system and compliance with regulatory standards
• Capability to identify problems and implement effective CAPA

Certification (Optional but Beneficial);

• Certification in quality management such as Six Sigma or ISO Standards can enhance a candidate's qualification would be an advantages
