Job Scope :

• Looking for quotation of goods (mechanical electrical, electronics, stationery, safety equipment, furniture, etc) and services (repairing, improvement project), & Selecting and evaluating suppliers.
• Preparing purchase order, agreement contract, and Up-dating the database of supplier.
• Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services
• Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field program from reputable university.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Mastering in computer, especially in Microsoft Office program.
• Good negotiation skill, high initiative, and detail oriented.
