Qualifications & experience
- Education background, minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with good track record
- Have to understand SAP system related to Purchasing (Procurement) process
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and global supply chain dynamics
- Soft skill: Analytical skills, Strong written and communication skills, Strong negotiation skills leadership skill, and negotiation skill
- Able to create proper report and conduct cost analysis
- Able to communicate in English
Tasks & responsibilities
- Resposible for monitoring Purchasing end to end process (Import and Local), Payment (include PIB, Import, and Local) and Import status;
- Develop and implement import purchasing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods from international suppliers.
- Responsible for developing procurement strategy and policies to optimize costs and enhance supply chain efficiency;
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Warehouse & Logistics, Finance, and other division to ensure seamless integration of the import process with overall business operations;
- Responsible for preparing report for stock realization;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements;
- Supervise members of Purchasing Department on their daily duties and assigments;
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
