Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning purchase or supply.
  • Determine of goods, services, equipment are needed.
  • Create standard procedures for goods or services.
  • Adjusting the specifications of goods or services needed by the company.
  • Doing research and looking for new goods, vendors and suppliers.
  • Assess tenders from potential suppliers.
  • Analyzing comprehensive comparison of purchase costs from suppliers or vendors, include commercials and technical factors.
  • Negotiating prices, delivery, payment time and drafting the contracts.
  • Receive payment bills and ensure receipt of goods from vendors or suppliers.
  • Monitor and predict stock levels.
  • Update with market trends.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Manager, or similar role.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Experienced and understand SAP - MM Module (mandatory).
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang.
