Halo Robotics is seeking a competent and committed Project Manager with a strong background in technology and ICT solutions, to support execution of a wide range of concurrent projects across industries. Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree In Electrical Engineering/IT Networking
2. 5-years experience as Project Manager in ICT System Integration including CCTV/Server/Cabling/Outdoor Equipment/Electrical Hardware.
3. Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE or equivalent is recommended.
4. Critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making.
5. Excellent professional communication skills and team leadership competence.
6. Familiar with professional project management frameworks and software systems.
7. Able to simultaneously manage multiple concurrent projects.
8. Travel to customer locations will be frequently required for this position.
9. A high level of English language proficiency is mandatory for this position.

Job Description:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including: definition of Scope of Work and detailed deliverables; budgeting, scheduling and planning; efficient use of company team resources and equipment; team leadership and resolution of issues; administrative management of the project and all documentation related to it; and management of the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders on every project.
2. Write and edit Project Documents from beginning to end of a Project, including: Proposals, GANTT, Project Charter, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, Results Reporting and Project Summary/Project Close
3. Manage purchasing procedures for project requirements, working closely together with procurement and SCM colleagues to ensure spending is done efficiently.
4. Manage project budgets: independently develop a budget for a project, plan and schedule project timelines, coordinate resources in line with project budgets, and work within the budget to ensure profitability and success of the project.
5. Quality assurance: track and communicate project deliverables, constantly monitor quality of outputs, and report project progress consistently and systematically to all stakeholders
6. Presentation of project results to clients and stakeholders, when required.
7. Ensure that all Projects comply with SOPs, PMP project management policies, and other international standards and professional best practices
8. Have an in-depth understanding of electrical installation, CCTV, WIFI,Server, Intranet and internet integration.
