What is CBO?
The Corporate Business Officer or CBO Program was designed to prepare Fresh Graduates to have the appropriate knowledge and skills as Account Officers, Credit Analysts, and Branch Admins to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENT(s):
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Having at least 1 year experience in Analyst or Sales Marketing position
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum education S1, all majors from top universities (preferably business management, financial management, mining engineering, etc)
- Confident, enthusiastic, creative, and results-focused
- Excellent analytical thinking and marketing skills.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analysis skills, service orientation, quick response
- Has the ability to negotiate, sell and manage accounts
- Willing to be placed in all CSUL Finance branches
