Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production targets
• Schedule and assign work to production workers based on production needs and available resources
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
• Train and develop production workers to ensure their performance meets standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in a production supervisor role, 3 years of experience as a production manager role in textile industry, and 5 year experiences in a production general manager role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
