Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Production Operations
- Ensure production processes run according to the established schedules and targets.
- Manage the production team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Production Planning and Control
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on company targets.
- Monitor the use of materials and resources to minimize waste.
Quality Control
- Ensure product quality standards are met according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve product quality issues.
Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
- Supervise the implementation of safety procedures to ensure the production team's safety.
- Provide education on OHS to team members.
Reporting and Evaluation
- Prepare production, efficiency, and issue reports occurring on the production floor.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and innovations to enhance production processes.
Inter-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant teams such as warehouse, QC, and maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software.
