Job Description

• Responsible for implementing various safety production systems of enterprises, regularly carrying out safety inspections, preventing potential safety hazards and preventing safety accidents;
• Implement the quality control requirements of the company to ensure the product quality
• Organize the implementation of production plans and complete production tasks with good quality and quantity;
• Implement the company's cost control target and continuously reduce production costs;
• Train employees to lead the team, understand employees' thoughts and trends in time, and take reasonable measures to ensure the stability of the team;
• Formulate workshop management system, promote and implement it in the workshop after being approved by the company, and effectively manage workshop employees according to the company system and workshopmanagement system;
• Lead the workshop to do 5S management, create a good working environment, lead by example, and improve employee literacy
• Statistical analysis of workshop daily production, seek improvement, improve production efficiency, statistical analysis of workshop cost consumption, formulate operating cost control measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, etc.), foreign graduated students in China is also preferred
• At least 8 years of work experience in  automotive or energy industry,  at least 3 years of work experience in team management
• Familiar with Lean and other engineering methods
• Proficient in FTA, 8D, SPC, MSA and other engineering tools
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system
• Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability
