Requirements:

1. Have experience at least 10 years in Production Department in manufacturing industry
2. Have education background from any major in Engineering
3. Preferrable for candidate who possess experience in pulp & paper industry, specifically in corrugated carton box
4. Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage the implementation and plan/organize the production schedule which is adjusted to the planning from PPIC.
2. Controlling the use of raw materials, other direct materials, auxiliary materials and spare parts, spare parts to achieve minimum cost prices.
3. Controlling the quality of raw materials, other direct materials, materials in process and finished goods to minimize waste, process errors / process failures.
4. Ensure that products are executed, adjusted to machine capability & control the flow of raw materials, in-process materials and finished materials to increase production efficiency.
5. Organize maintenance activities for production equipment and machines in coordination with the Engineering department to increase machine life of time and reduce machine downtime due to damage.
6. Ensure the quality of raw materials, other direct materials, materials in process, condition of machines and finished goods to minimize waste, process errors / process failures in order to achieve predetermined quality targets.
