• Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Production Engineer Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the production engineering department, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to production schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and machinery performance.
• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets for production engineering projects.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any major.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 3 years experience as Production Engineering Manager handling all production aspects in Machinery factory in foreign company.
• Strong leadership skill, and good organizational skill.
