PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client in looking for a position with details as below:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Drive sales of medical aesthetic equipment by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively manage the sales funnel to close deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and hospitals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries, issues, or concerns.

Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of medical aesthetic equipment.
  • Work closely with marketing to provide in-depth technical information and address customer questions during product evaluations.
  • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.

Market Research & Business Development:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Sales Manager regarding potential growth areas and product positioning.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and generate leads.

Sales Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams (such as marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetic equipment, or healthcare products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or healthcare professionals is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Based in Surabaya, with travel as required across the country.
