Build and execute a product launch plan and sales training modules
Responsible for translating complex scientific and medical publications into clear sales messages and positioning and doing a regular training module
Develop programs and initiatives that improve customer experience
Engage and travel with field sales representatives to understand the current selling environment, competitive products, and customer needs.
Manages activities related to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Deeply understand the product workflow and technical details from a customer perspective.
Job Requirements
Experience in Pharmaceutical (Ethical product) is required (minimum 1 year)
Experience in training and product presentation
Experienced in Diabetic & Cardio Products
