About the role

As a Product Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and medical technology industry. In this full-time position based in Sidoarjo, East Java, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Design product drawings according to company request and market preferences
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with engineering, safety, and company requirements.
3. Analyze and review product samples to ensure design compliance while monitoring the progress of the product implementation process.
4. Evaluate the product development process up to the final product in the field of graphic design.
5. Identify and analyze product design trends from a technical perspective while staying informed about competitive products and industry innovations.
6. Develop detailed product specifications and technical drawings
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing phas
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous innovation

What we're looking for

• Have experience in creating Design Guidelines, product branding (logo, advertisement, packaging)
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Design, design, visual arts, or other related fields
• ⁠Able to use 3D software, CAD, Render , Coreldraw & Photoshop
• ⁠Able to use Figma collaboratively as tools for UI/UX designing
• ⁠Passion for analyze a product in terms of product functionality and aesthetics
• Troubleshooting skills for product and tooling related issues.
• ⁠Have a design portfolio.
• Display Initiative and willingness to learn new disciplines and accept responsibility.
