Job Description :

• Develop and execute action plans that result in quality, productivity, and cost savings mind set.
• Design and implement corrective action plans to eliminate waste or ineffective, and procedures. 
• Create and implement training an continuous improvement development programs. 
• Identify and implement new innovative technologies and processes to strengthen manufacturing process.
• Problem solve and analize cause using PDCA cycle.
• Implementation 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activity with problem-solving approach in Lean thinking that focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the situation or problem through 3G principle (Gemba, Gembutsu, and Genjitsu).
• Leading culture change by driving all stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equipalent.
• Minimum 30 years old with minimum 5 years same professional field experience preferably in CERAMIC Manufacturing Company.
• Experience in leading improvement projects and project teams.
• Having knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Tools, 5S, TPM, Kaizen principles and methodologies.
• Having knowledge in manufacturing process & ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Good English language skills (written and verbal).
• Good Communication and Leadership Skill.
• Willing to work in Cileungsi - Bogor
