Job Description:
- Develop and evaluate annual plans related to activities in the group.
- Ensure that activities in the group are carried out according to the applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies:
a. Prepare Physical Availability reports
b. Prepare Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) reports
c. Prepare Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) reports
d. Prepare Mean Time Between Breakdown (MTBB) reports
e. Prepare Mean Time Between Failure after Service reports
f. Prepare maintenance delay reports
g. Prepare mechanic utilization reports
h. Prepare weekly unit performance reports
i. Organise and document work, including maintenance unit support documents
- Participate in self-development programs as planned by the superior.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior related to the department's functions.
- Regularly report work results in the relevant area to the superior.
- Assist the sub-section head in analyzing staffing needs and proposing organizational planning in the group.
- Develop an operational work plan for the group based on the established work program and targets, and monitor and evaluate its implementation.
- Monitor and supervise the work of all employees in the group to ensure it is carried out according to the planned schedule.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
- Technical skill: Ms Excel, MS Power Point, SAP.
- Management skill: Maintenance Management System, Leadership Skill, Analytical Thinking.
