Job Description :
- Responsible for managing operational activities at the pharmacy
- Lead and work together with related departments service activities at the pharmacy in order to provide satisfaction to customers
- Provide appropriate and responsible information to customers
- Manage drug stocks in pharmacies and ensure drug expiration status
- Monitor the performance of quality systems and procedures and assess their effectiveness, and encourage improvements
- Carry out assessments of pharmaceutical technical complaints and take decisions and take action on the results of the assessment, if necessary in collaboration with other departments
- Ensure implementation of validation of manufacturing processes and service systems
- Ensure management of deviations impacting quality including batch deviations
- Ensure implementation of the change control system and approve changes
- Perform final approval or rejection of finished products
Job Requirements :
- Education Registered pharmacist and has a Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA)
- Have practical experience of at least 5 years working in the Pharmaceutical / IOT (Traditional Medicine Industry) industry
- Have experience and knowledge in the field of drug manufacturing as well as physical testing and chemical analysis
- Knowledge of the equipment used in the manufacture of supplements and traditional medicines and the latest laboratories, CPOTB both nationally and internationally
- Master the licensing process, BPOM regulations regarding CPOTB and CPOTB implementation
- Good command of English
- Skilled in operating Microsoft Office
- Willing to be located in Bogor area
