Job Description Summary :

Responsible for ensuring product delivery so that the products are delivered to the customer (Estate) with the right type, quantity, destination, and timing.

Job Description :

• Planning and scheduling delivery of goods to customers.
• Requesting delivery fleets (expedition) from CPRC according to the planned schedule.
• Ensuring the availability of delivery vehicles according to the schedule and the quantity of products to be shipped.
• Creating shipping administration and archiving, such as Goods Delivery Note (SPB) and Handover Report (BAST).
• Confirming deliveries to customers (estate) for completed delivery processes.
• Monitoring processes during product delivery.
• Coordinating with Customers (Managers & KTU Estates) regarding the return of Product Acceptance Status & Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Conducting product-related socialization to estates and providing training on their application.
• Having 5 years of experience in caring for and handling oil palm plants, as well as experience in plant shipping.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or equivalent.
• Having 5 years of experience in caring and handling palm oil plants, also plant shipping
• Willing to be located in Sentul, Bogor
