Conduct supervision/monitoring/coordinating with contractors for sample analysis and coal delivery transporter, daily stockpile management, database and coal quality control analysis, as well as ROM coal delivery control to the buyer.
Monitor the collection of ROM samples and coordinate with the sample analysis contractor to ensure that sample collection follows SOPs to maintain coal quality.
Record data on coal delivery quality and quantity, and the quality and quantity of coal received by the buyer, in order to control the quantity and quality of coal delivered, ensuring it meets the buyer's requirements.
Prepare weekly stockpile management dashboard reports and monthly reconciliation reports with the sample analysis contractor.
Maintain good relationships with the buyer and external parties in the work area.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same position
Capable of managing a quality control database
Experience in coal handling and quality control
Experience in creating/reviewing procedures related to stockpile management and coal quality
Able to actively coordinate with the buyer's receiving team, contractors, and coal delivery transporters
Preferably holds POP certification and Coal Quality Control Certificate
