Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, management, industrial engineering, or related fields is generally required. A master's degree (e.g., MBA) is often preferred.
At least 3-5 years in operational management, team leadership, or similar roles.
Operations Management : Strong knowledge of business operations, process optimization and performance metrics (KPIs).
Data Analysis : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
Strategic planning : Ability to design and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Possesses an understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and lean manufacturing.
Responsibility:
Oversee the company's daily operational performance to ensure all production processes run smoothly and align with the established schedule.
Design and develop short-and long-term operational strategies derived from the company's vision in collaboration with top management.
Formulate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each team under the manufacturing scope.
Oversee operational compliance with all regulations by ensuring all production processes adhere to environmental, occupational safety, and industry standards.
Manage the company's supply chain by coordinating with suppliers to secure high quality raw materials at the best prices.
