Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure all areas meet high standards for cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong presence to engage with guests and address concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
  • Ensure that all park operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address any hazards or issues immediately.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for incidents such as weather disruptions, equipment malfunctions, or medical emergencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during operational crises, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operations, from implementing new technologies to optimizing workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a theme park, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in an entertainment or public venue setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
