Description of Duties:

  • Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, forecasting and retail team's KPIs.
  • Responsible for store planning and aware visual merchandising as per guideline
  • Oversee store openings, closures & renovations within the area, ensuring timely execution, budget & alignment as per guideline.
  • Conduct regular store visit to assess operational effectiveness, inventory management practice & compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching and training to store team to enhance their skills, product knowledge & sales techniques. 
  • Develop & implement operational strategies to optimize sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction & max profitability.
  • Monitor & analyse KPI sales trends & ops metric to identify for improvement and be proactive. 
  • Initiate, proactive and execute sales promotions to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts & overstock, minimizing losses & ensuring product availability.
  • Improve store operations to maximize efficiency from inventory management to staff scheduling & loss prevention.
  • Prepare detail & accurate GPM analysis, monthly report, commission report & promotions report. 
  • CRM Excellence | Oversee and ensure diligent and consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
  • Max. 40 years Old.
  • Healthy and Fresh because must around our Site.
  • Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
  • Candidate from Retail Industry (MAP, SOGO, Metro Etc) or Merchandising Company background will be preferrable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
  • Possesses organizational skills and can coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality, systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
