Job Descriptions :

• Analyze customer needs
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
• Responsive services

Qualifications :

• S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• Preferred having Certificate CCNP Collaboration
• Having a minimum of 3 year of experience in the same field
• Having high willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Having knowledge in UC-Collaboration, VoIP, IP Phone, Voice, etc
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
