Responsibilities
• Support project coordinator and business development administration processes (creating invoices, compiling work activity schedules, preparing tender documents, preparing project mobilization-demobilization documents, accessing the Company's internal systems according to directions, project administration control and other supporting administration. Handling internal communications and external to the company via telephone, email and letter).
• Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment needed for operational activities including managing and reporting office petty cash.
• Manage agenda preparation and coordination of internal meetings, as well as record meeting minutes and follow up on necessary actions.
• Manage business travel, hotel reservations, and other transportation needs.
• Actively coordinate with head office administration.
